Coverage checks, infrastructure discovery, and expansion intelligence for a live broadband geolocation and sales platform in Nigeria.

I lead backend engineering, mentor engineers, and build multi-tenant capabilities for other MTN markets. The platform combines .NET and PostgreSQL/PostGIS APIs with KMZ ingestion, cluster management, and tenant-aware access control.

DBSCAN clustering turns historical installations into expansion recommendations. Kafka-based services support communication and data consistency across the platform.

Payment APIs and automated settlement workflows for FirstChekOut and RevPay.

Built C#/.NET APIs across cards, transfers, USSD, QR, wallets, and BNPL. Integrated Mastercard Payment Gateway Services with RSA/AES-secured communication.

Automated T-1 merchant and aggregator settlements, backlog processing, and split settlements, with approval workflows and transaction tracking for auditability. Asynchronous services use RabbitMQ and MassTransit.

A marketplace architecture connecting nearby people, products, and conversations.

Designed and developed seven services using .NET, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ/MassTransit, Docker, and YARP.

Implemented approximately 50-meter PostGIS proximity search, offers and negotiation, Google OAuth, and cloud image storage, with escrow-oriented transaction design.

Wallet-as-a-Service backend modernization for asynchronous wallet and payment processing.

Modernized Wallet-as-a-Service backend workflows using TypeScript, NestJS, BullMQ, and database functions and triggers to improve responsiveness and reliability of asynchronous wallet and payment processing.

Contributed ISO 8583 card-processing integrations and developed microservices and backend tooling for wallet operations.

I’m a software engineer and MSIT student at Carnegie Mellon University Africa, based in Kigali. My work spans backend services, distributed systems, payments, and geospatial platforms.

I care about the decisions beneath the interface: how services communicate, how data stays consistent, and how systems serve the people depending on them.
